By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Scyanfang website is operated by Quzhou Huike Technology Co., Ltd.

Throughout these Terms, “Scyanfang,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quzhou Huike Technology Co., Ltd.

These Terms apply to visits, purchases, accounts, communications, and other interactions with our website. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Returns and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Your Privacy Choices page, and other applicable policies form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website:

For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes;

To violate another person’s rights;

To introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;

To attempt unauthorised access to an account, system, or network; or

3. Our Products
Scyanfang offers a changing selection of household products organised by room and function. Depending on availability, our range may include cookware, preparation tools, food storage containers, table linens, drinkware, bedding sets, pillow covers, towels, bath mats, laundry organisers, storage bins, closet organisers, shelf dividers, drawer inserts, cleaning tools, brushes and mops, household consumables, small lamps, night lights, hooks and racks, and tabletop accents.

Available products, designs, materials, colours, dimensions, package contents, and options may change according to inventory, season, customer interest, and supplier availability.

Some products may be personalised, customised, or made to order where expressly stated on the applicable product page. This does not mean that every Scyanfang product is made to order.

Where applicable:

Colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, or screen settings;

Small differences in texture, weave, finish, or dimensions may occur;

Measurements may be subject to reasonable production tolerances; and

Items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, available options, and care or usage instructions before placing an order. Where a product must fit into a particular space, please confirm your own measurements of the internal clear width, depth, and height before purchasing.

4. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately.

However, product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Accessories, props, or additional items shown in product photographs are included only when specifically identified as part of the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and offer an available alternative, or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

5. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts will be displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges imposed after shipment may not be included at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

6. Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability;

Pricing, description, or inventory errors;

Payment or authorisation problems;

Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;

Delivery restrictions;

Duplicate or unusually large orders;

Suspected unauthorised resale; or

Other legitimate legal or operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please include your order number and clearly describe the requested change.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after confirmation. Please review product selections, quantities, customisation details, billing information, and delivery information before submitting an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Scyanfang currently ships to:

United States

Canada

Mexico

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Fulfilment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability, delivery destination, and operational requirements.

Estimated transit times are:

United States: 7–20 business days;

Canada: 10–30 business days; and

Mexico: 20–30 business days.

Including standard processing time, approximate total delivery periods are:

United States: 9–27 business days;

Canada: 12–37 business days; and

Mexico: 22–37 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may cause delays.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Product Issues
Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorisation within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Returns and Cancellation Policy.

For a change-of-heart return, a product must generally be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and all components, accessories, hardware, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible. Products that were installed or assembled must be disassembled before they are returned, and missing parts or hardware may reduce the amount that can be refunded. For hygiene reasons, bedding and bath textiles that have been opened and used cannot be accepted for a change-of-heart return.

Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for a change-of-heart return. This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Scyanfang does not impose a restocking charge.

For an approved change-of-heart return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos.

After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include:

Sending a missing part or item;

Providing a replacement;

Arranging an exchange; or

Issuing a refund for the affected product.

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error or our fulfilment partner’s error, we will cover authorised replacement or return shipping costs.

Do not return a product without prior authorisation. The appropriate return location may vary depending on the product, order, and customer location. If a return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email.

Our registered business address is not the default product return address.

10. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or activity.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, videos, software, and page layouts are owned by or licensed to us.

You may access and use website content only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial shopping purposes.

By submitting content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote Scyanfang.

You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of their country, province, region, state, or other place of residence.

For customers residing in the United States, any mandatory consumer protection measures required by the laws of their respective states remain unaffected. The same principle applies to the mandatory protections available to customers in Canada and Mexico.
